Feeling low, worried or isolated? If so, there is free support at the Dalgarno Trust and ClementJames Centre for RBKC residents.

The ‘Talking Talk Shops’ are small facilitator-led ‘peer-to-peer’ discussion groups where you can share your thoughts and listen to others in a non-judgmental setting.

Depending on your desire to get involved, the Talking Talk shops also help you take practical steps to solving issues – be they linking up with different services, volunteering, getting employment advice or simply helping you get and out about and meeting other people.

The Talking Talk Shops meet:

Wednesdays @ Dalgarno Trust (Dalgarno Way, W10 5LE), 11am-12:30pm.

Thursdays @ ClementJames (Sirdar Road, W11 4EQ), 2pm-3:30pm.

Before attending please do drop Marcia, group facilitator, a quick phone call (07444 321795) or email to let her know you are coming.

The Talking Talk Shops are supported by the Dalgarno Councillors through City Living, Local Life.
