Movie Buffs! Roll out the red carpet and put on your glad rags as the second Earl’s Court Film Festival opens next month from 1-11 November to showcase the best shorts films shot in and around the Earl’s Court area.

Six new shorts – co-produced with emerging filmakers and Film Earls Court, the organisers of the festival –  will be on offer as well as a further 12 films competing to win the grand finale.

The film bonanza has been supported by City Living, Local Life in Redcliffe ward for the past 2 years, and this year the Earl’s Court Youth Club have been funded to produce short films about young people living in the area.

The programme kicks off on Tuesday, November 1 at the Troubadour (7:30pm, doors open at 6:30pm) with 8 short delights. For a taster of these films and the rest of the festival, check out the Earl’s Court Film Festival 2016 brochure.
