Join the Kensington and Chelsea Social Council for the launch of their new report – ‘Cooking up Ideas: Hidden Hunger in K&C’ – on the rise of emergency food provision and food hunger in Kensington and Chelsea.

The creation of the report was funded in part by the Dalgarno ward Councillors through City Living, Local Life and launches on Wednesday, 19 October 2016, 2pm-4pm in Committee Room 1, Kensington Town Hall, W8 7NX.

At the launch, speakers include Dr Rachel Loopstra from Oxford University who will be presenting on her relevant research on rising food poverty in the UK and Dr Rebecca O’Connell from University College.

Additionally, there will be speeches from Ali Mohamed, Cath Vadhia, Jamie Renton and Vicki Davies endorsing the recommendations.
