As part of the 100-mile cycling extravaganza taking over London and Surrey this weekend, the borough’s Sustainable Travel Team are providing a led ride to and from the RideLondon FreeCycle.

The FreeCycle is an 8 mile circuit that passes iconic landmarks including Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square and St. Paul’s Cathedral.

To help you get to central London – and into the cycling mood – you can join other locals in the ride to Green Park. And here’s the itinerary:

9:30 am –  Meet at Westway Sports Centre (Crowthorne Road, W10 6RP) for a free bike check

10:00 am – Leave the Westway Sports Centre

10:15am – Stop at another picking up point (note: you can meet them here instead!) at the Queen Victoria Statue next to Kensington Palace

11am – Arrive at Prudential RideLondon Free Cycle

3:00 pm – Leave Prudential RideLondon FreeCycle

4:30 pm –  Arrive at Westway Sports Centre
