In the run-up to the Queen’s 90th birthday on April 21st 2016, a range of environmental charities, community groups and people from around the country will be taking action and enjoying a few hours making the places where they live more beautiful – and what better place to get involved than the Royal Borough?

From Friday 4 to Sunday 6 March 2016, ‘Clean for The Queen’ will blitz through the country and here in Kensington and Chelsea the Council’s ‘Cleaner and Greener’ team are looking to support people who want to do their bit for Queen and country.

So, if you would be interested in lending a hand for a couple of hours, do get in touch. The focus will be on three specific areas, but if you have your own suggestions we’d love to know!:

  • Earl’s Court
  • Portobello Road Market
  • Brompton and Knightsbridge

All materials and equipment will be provided.
