Latymer Community Church are looking for an Operations Manager to manage the Church’s administration, finances, staffing, policy development & implementation, and buildings (a church/community centre, and two flats) including generating income through lettings and maintenance.

This role is of strategic importance to the future growth and development of the church and its outreach to the local community. It is a new role following organisational re-structuring so the successful applicant will have space to shape the role.

The successful applicant is likely to have a minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience working in a demanding environment with the ability to make things happen.

Salary: £28,845 – £30,525
35 hour week, 9.30am-5.30pm with occasional evening & weekend working
