Chain of HopeLooking to take part in the Vitality British 10k London Run? An excellent local charity – Chain of Hope – who are based at the Royal Brompton Hospital in Chelsea are looking for people who want to challenge themselves and raise funds for their work in combating cardiac disease in children.

Over 15 million children die or remain severely ill worldwide each year through preventable or treatable cardiac disease and Chain of Hope work to work to provide high standards of cardiac care globally. For more information on the excellent work they do worldwide check out their website.

On Sunday, July 12 you can get involved and do your bit for the charity by becoming a fundraiser and taking part in the British 10k – one of the world’s greatest race routes. Taking in world famous landmarks such as Big Ben, The Ritz Hotel, Westminster Abbey and Tower Bridge, there is much to admire as you run (or crawl) over the line at Whitehall.
