Take part in Sing to Live, Live to Sing workshops and discover the health and wellbeing benefits, and fun of group singing, now coming to the Old Brompton Road, Earls Court.
Did you know that singing can help to improve breathing, relieve stress, develop core muscles and improve posture? Participants from previous Sing to Live, Live to Sing workshops have also reported benefits such as meeting new people, confidence building, calming anxiety, feeling
uplifted, and enjoying trying something new. Workshops are free of charge and open to all residents aged 16 years and over, no previous singing experience is necessary.
