The Community Engagement Team and Kensington and Chelsea Social Council were pleased welcome councillors, council staff and third sector representatives to Social Value Breakfast Briefing to explore what social value means to the voluntary, community and public sectors. Guest speakers Monika Hofman (Compact Voice), Angela Spence (KCSC) and Paul Williamson (RBKC Commissioning) presented on the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 and attendees discussed what social value means to them and their organisations.
