The Isha Institute of Inner Sciences is offering a free meditation session this Saturday July 12 on ‘Life Beyond Stress’, introducing powerful and practical tools from the ancient science of yoga, allowing individuals to:
•       Cope with the hectic pace of modern life
•       Function better under stress
•       Attain higher levels of productivity

A brief introduction about meditation followed by a 20-minute guided meditation to give you a taste and experience of what meditation can bring to you.

The event is free of charge and open to all.  A free DVD will be offered to all participants to practice the meditation at home and share it with others.

Program starts at 6pm sharp, and runs till 7pm. Please arrive 5 to 10 mins early. The talk and meditation will be presented by a trained teacher from Isha Institute Of Inner Sciences, (UK registered Charity 1116816)
