The annual InTRANSIT Festival of Arts programme is now live on the festival website and features 30 wonderful events, for residents and visitors alike to explore and enjoy the physical spaces and architecture of the borough.

From 18 to 27 July across the borough, the programme ranges from Hip-hop Shakespeare re-energising Richard II among the Portobello Market stalls, to a three-part opera in the grounds of the Saatchi Gallery. This year also sees a strong partnership with the Westway Trust, hosting Salvage City – our first festival hub – where eleven individual events and installations are based.

There are also some specific opportunities for residents of all ages to get involved now, including stewarding and carpentry training, live performance and photography. These opportunities are listed on the website.
