A new initiative spearheaded by the Kensington & Chelsea Foundation is to provide inspirational summer activities for local young people with limited opportunities.

The Kensington & Chelsea Foundation is launching a new campaign called Summer Sparks to enhance activities available for some of the borough’s most vulnerable young people this summer. They will be working with five well established community partners to extend their reach and to expand the range of activities that they can provide over the summer holiday period.

For many, the summer holidays are a time to try new sports and develop new skills and hobbies. But how can you know what you’re good at if you’ve never had the opportunity to try something? We want to give more local young people the chance to find their creative spark this summer.

The Kensington & Chelsea Foundation are inviting local residents and businesses to get involved and join the Summer Sparks campaign. 100% of all donations will go through the Kensington & Chelsea Foundation to the five community partners to fund activities over the summer holiday period.
