Join comics creator Karen Rubins to make your own comic strips set during the First World War. Put yourself in the shoes of a Londoner, and decide how you would react to propaganda posters of the time. Places are strictly limited for these workshops, so please book your free place early at Brompton Library, Chelsea Library or North Kensington Library.
Private Peaceful Storytelling Event with John Kirk

John Kirk presents a reinterpretation of award winning author and former children’s laureate Michael Morpurgo’s acclaimed story Private Peaceful. Join Private Thomas Peaceful as he remembers his life and times, and his part in a war that would change his life forever.
